Ingredients:
• Paneer – 200 gm
• roasted Peanuts – 4 tbsp
• chili powder – 1/2 tsp
• coriander powder – 1 tsp
• pepper – 1/2 tsp
• Ginger – 1 tsp, chopped
• dry Mango powder (aamchoor) – 1 tsp
• Turmeric leaves – 6
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut paneer into 6 rectangle pieces.
- Slit each piece horizontally keeping the two parts attached at one side.
- Grind all the ingredients from peanuts to mango powder together to a stiff coarse paste.
- Divide the paste into 6 portions and stuff it between the two layers of each paneer pieces.
- Wrap each piece in a turmeric leaf and tie with a thread to make a neat parcel.
- Deep fry the parcels in hot oil.
