Ingredients:
• 250 g – Paneer ( cut into small cubes)
• 1 – medium sized Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 – medium sized Capsicum (finely chopped)
• 1 – medium sized Tomato (finely chopped)
• 1 – medium sized Cucumber (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1/2 tsp – white pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
Method:
- In an attractive glass bowl, place the paneer cubes.
- Add the chopped onions, capsicum, tomatoes and cucumber.
- Sprinkle salt, cumin seed powder and pepper powder.
- Very gently toss it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve cold.
