Ingredients:

• 1 cup – soya granules or chunks
• 1/2 cup – crumbled Paneer
• 1/2 cup – finely, chopped Onions
• 1 – Green chilli slit
• 1 spring – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – ginger, Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp each – mustard and cumin
• Pinch of – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Lemon juice – optional
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a wide pan, and crackle mustard and cumin, add curry leaves.
  2. Add onions and chilli, fry till they turn translucent
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, saute
  4. Add the soya granules, salt and turmeric, fry for 2 mins, cover and cook till the soya granules are cooked fully, if needed just sprinkle little water
  5. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, crumbled paneer and lemon juice.
  6. Mix well and fry for 3 mins on a medium flame.
  7. Serve.
