Ingredients:

• For filling: 250 g – cottage cheese(paneer)
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup – chopped coriander
• 1/2 cup – chopped Mint
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tsp – green chilly piaster
• 1 tsp – dried Mango powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• salt to taste
• For rolls: 2 cup – split green gram (moong dal)
• 2 cup – water
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – green chilly paste
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak green gram in water overnight and grind to a smooth paste.
  2. Add pepper, chilly, salt and make dosa like batter from green gram.
  3. For filling, mix all the ingredients and keep aside.
  4. On a non-stick pan spread green gram batter and add butter from both sides.
  5. Roast on both sides, when done spread the filling over the top and prepare tight rolls.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot with green and red chutney.
