Ingredients:

• Green Simla Mirch – 2
• Cooking Oil – 1 tbsp
• For the stuffing:
• Paneer – 100 gms
• Peas (soaked in water for 5 minutes) – One small bowl
• Ginger – 1 tbsp, grated
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves – A few, chopped
• Green chillies – 1, cut in small pieces

Method:

  1. Grate the paneer. Add paneer, peas, grated ginger, coriander and salt and mix together. Keep aside.
  2. Take smile mirch, remove the top with a knife so as to make an opening in it.
  3. Fill it with half the mixture. Repeat for the other mirch too.
  4. Now take a baking tray, put some oil around the mirch using your fingers and keep in the baking tray.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for around 40 mins.
  6. Remove and cut the mirchis in two along the length.
  7. Spread coriander leaves on top and serve with parathas.
