Ingredients:

• 2 – Urad Dal papads
• 1 cup – mixture of sev, boondi and puffed Rice
• 5 to 10 – Curry leaves
• Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Roast the papad on the gas. While roasting, fold it in a cone shape.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves, sev, boondi and puffed rice and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Cool this mixture and stuff into the papad cone.
  4. A good dish for kids’ parties.
