Ingredients:

• 1 cup – cubed Papaya
• 3/4 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – Sugar (adjust according to the sweetness of Papaya and to your taste)
• 1 tsp – Elaichi powder

Method:

  1. Add little milk and the cubed papaya in a blender/mixer and blend to a very smooth paste.
  2. Then add sugar and remaining milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Add elaichi powder, give a stir and serve chilled.
