Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb – Cauliflower florets
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 2 cups – Pasta (cooked and drained)
• 1 cup – Milk
• 2 slices – cheese
• salt
• pepper
• 2 tbsp -butter

Method:

  1. Fry onion in 1 tbsp of butter until it becomes translucent. Keep aside.
  2. Fry the cauliflower in the remaining butter until it becomes soft.
  3. When cooled, grind onion and cauliflower (coarsely) in a little milk.
  4. Add salt, pepper, cheese and remaining milk to this mixture and simmer.
  5. Add boiled pasta to this and cook for another 5 minutes.
