Ingredients:

• Oil – 4 tsp
• Onion, chopped – 60 gms
• Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Tomato puree – 100 gms
• Carrot, chopped – 50 gms
• French beans, chopped – 50 gms
• Cauliflower, chopped – 50 gms
• Potato, chopped – 40 gms
• Pav bhaji masala – 1 tbsp
• Butter – 50 gms
• Lemon juice – 2 tsp
• Chopped Coriander leaves – 2 tsp
• Filo sheet, cut into 10 pieces and baked at 170 degrees until crisp – 1

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions until brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for another minute.
  3. Add the tomato puree and fry well.
  4. Add all the vegetables and pav bhaji masala and simmer till vegetables are soft.
  5. Mash well as veggies cook further.
  6. Finish with butter, lemon juice and coriander.
  7. Serve pav bhaji with pavs or bun.
