Ingredients:
• 1 cup – raw Peanuts
• ½ cup – minced Onion
• ½ cup – chopped Tomato
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp – chopped Mint leaves
• 2 tbsp – Lime juice
• 1 tsp – chili flakes
• salt and Sugar to taste
• chaat masala to taste
• fine sev to garnish
Method:
- Boil the peanuts with little salt. Drain and cool.
- Mix with all the ingredients from onion to chaat masala.
- Garnish with sev and serve as a starter.
