Peanut Curd Chutney

Ingredients:

• 1 cup – fresh curds.
• 1 tbsp – peanuts, crushed.
• 1 – green chilli, finely chopped.
• 1 tbsp – coriander, finely chopped.
• 1 stalk – curry leaves.
• 1/2 tsp – sugar, powdered.
• 1 tsp – oil.
• salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Beat curd to make it smooth.
  2. Add peanut, chilli, coriander, salt and sugar.
  3. Heat oil in a small pan, add curry leaves, allow it to splutter.
  4. Add curd. Stir it to mix well.
  5. Refrigerate till further required.
  6. Serve with sabodana wadas, ragira puris, etc.
