Ingredients:
• Pears – 500 gm
• Sugar – 3 tbsp
• fresh Orange juice – ½ cup
• plain cracker crumbs – ½ cup
• low fat margarine – 2 tbsp, melted
• Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
Method:
- Peel, core and slice the pears.
- Place them in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
- Add orange juice.
- Bake in a mode oven (180 degrees centigrade) for about 15-20 minutes, till the pears are softened.
- Combine cracker crumbs with melted margarine and remaining splenda.
- Sprinkle over the pears.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Serve warm.
