Ingredients:
• 1 – Cauliflower medium size.
• 200 gm – green peas.
• 1 – potato.
• 1 – Egg plant, medium size.
• 1 – coconut.
• 8 – red chilli.
• Coriander leaves – a few sprigs.
• 2 tsp – coriander powder.
• 1 inch piece – ginger.
• 4 Cloves – garlic.
• 1 – onion, medium.
• Cinnamon stick – 1 ” piece.
• Cloves – 1.
• 2 – cardamom.
• 2 tsp – fennel seeds.
• 2 – tomatoes, small.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Boil green peas and other vegetables with little salt in it.
- Take a big pan or vessel, pour oil in it and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Once the seeds splutters, add onions and fry till brown.
- Grind coconut, coriander leaves, chillies, ginger, garlic, onions, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, fennel seeds.
- Grind tomato separately.
- After the onions in the pan turns golden brown add the ground masala first and fry for 7-10 mins. Then add tomato paste, and fry for 5 mins. Add a little water, the vegetables and mix it with coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Cook it well for another 20-30 mins. Serve.
