Ingredients:

• 1 cup – well cooked green peas, mashed lightly.
• 1/2 cup – grated Paneer (cottage cheese).
• 2 – green chillies, minced.
• 1/2 tsp – ginger, minced.
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, minced.
• 1 tbsp – Mint leaves, minced.
• 1 tsp – sugar.
• 1 tsp – chat masala.
• Salt to taste.
• Maida and bread crumbs to coat.

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together into a dough.
  2. Shape the dough into small discs.
  3. Mix 3 to 4 tbsp of Maida with little water to make a paste.
  4. Coat the discs with this paste and roll them in bread crumbs.
  5. Shallow fried on a tawa using oil or butter.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney.
