Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Boiled green peas.
• 1 tbsp – oil.
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds.
• Salt to taste.
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder.
• 6 or 7 – Curry leaves.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the curry leaves and cumin seeds for 2-3 mins.
  2. Add the boiled peas, chilli powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Cook on low heat for about 3 mins until the peas blend well.
  4. Serve with steamed rice or chapattis.
