Ingredients:
• For masala: 1/2 cup- grated Coconut
• 15 – pepper Corns
• 2 tbsp – fennel (sombu )
• 4 – medium peerkangai
• 1 -onion
• 1 -tomato
• 1 -green chilli
• Curry leaves
• 2 tbsp- oil
• 1/2 tbsp- Turmeric
• Salt
Method:
- Pour oil in a pan, heat it and add onion, curry leaves and green chilli.
- Add tomato and turmeric.
- Add peerkangai and cook till it becomes tender.
- Add a little amount of water, salt and cook with lid on.
- Make sure that vegetable is cooked .
- Now add the masala to it. Mix and cook for 5 mins.
- Serve hot.
