Ingredients:

• Penne Pasta boiled – 180 gms
• Tomato concasse – 60 gms
• Garlic – 20 gms
• Chilli flakes – 5 gms
• Basil fresh – 5 gms
• Olive oil – 25 ml
• Sugar – 5 gms
• Salt – 10 gms

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add garlic, chilli flakes and tomato cancasse. Boil blanch and chop tomatoes.
  3. Add boiled pasta, seasoning, sugar and fresh basil.
  4. Cook for a while till soft.
  5. Serve hot.
