Ingredients:

• 2 cups – cooked rice.
• 3 tbsp – butter.
• 2 – eggs, beaten well.
• 2 tsp – pepper powder.
• salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Heat the butter in a pan and add the beaten egg.
  2. Scramble it well.
  3. Add the cooked rice, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  4. Garnish with fried onions if desired.
  5. Serve with any curry or with tomato sauce.
