Ingredients:
• Chicken breast – 4.
• Black pepper – 2 tbsps.
• Salt according to taste.
• Dry fruits of your choice – 4 tbsp (finely chopped).
• khoya – 4 tbsps.
• Cornflower – 1 tbsp.
• Garlic-ginger paste – 2 tbsp.
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp.
Method:
- Take the chicken breast, flatten with a wooden spoon.
- Marinate with salt, a little turmeric powder, garlic and ginger paste and keep it in the fridge for about an hour.
- Prepare filling:
- Take one tbsp of chopped cashew nuts, one tbsp of chopped badam, one tbsp of chopped pistachio, one tbsp of raisins, four tbsps of khoya, a pinch of salt (according to taste) and a pinch of black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients together. Keep aside for use as filling.
- Take two tbsps worth of the filling.
- Roll into a ball. Flatten into oval shape by pressing in the palm of your hand.
- Preparation:
- Take the marinated pieces of chicken breast.
- Put the flattened ball of filling in each piece.
- Smear the inner edge of each piece with a small amount of cornflower.
- Fold it. Press the edges tightly.
- Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and place in a microwave for 5 -6 mins till it is golden brown on both side.
- Serve hot in a plate with chutneys of your choice.
