Ingredients:
• 25 gms. Butter
• 2 green peppers, deseeded and chopped
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 4 tbsp. water
• 4 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
• 10 drops of Tabasco sauce
• Salt and pepper
Method:
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the pepper and onions until golden brown.
- Add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil.
- Stirring continuously, simmer for 10-15 mins. Serve hot.
