Ingredients:

• 1 – large Cucumber
• 1 container – plain yogurt
• 1 tsp – black pepper, powdered
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• To taste – salt

Method:

  1. Crush mustard seeds coarsely.
  2. Peel and shred the cucumber.
  3. Once the cucumber is shredded, take out the extra water.
  4. Beat the yogurt in a medium-sized cooking pot.
  5. Add the cucumber to the yogurt.
  6. Add crushed mustard seeds, black pepper powder, and salt.
  7. Mix well and chill for 1 hour before serving.
