Ingredients:

• 5 – Tomatoes
• 1 – small piece of Ginger
• 3 – Green chillies
• 2 – Onions
• Chopped coriander for garnish
• oil, mustard, urad dal- for seasoning

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Fry the onions and slit green chillies.
  3. When onions are golden brown, remove from wok and set aside.
  4. Add tomatoes and ginger to the wok. Fry till they soften.
  5. Add coriander. Saute.
  6. Cool and grind the onions and chillies first, followed by the tomatoes, ginger and coriander leaves.
  7. Season with mustard and urad dal.
  8. Add salt and sugar to taste.
