Ingredients:
• 5 – Tomatoes
• 1 – small piece of Ginger
• 3 – Green chillies
• 2 – Onions
• Chopped coriander for garnish
• oil, mustard, urad dal- for seasoning
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Fry the onions and slit green chillies.
- When onions are golden brown, remove from wok and set aside.
- Add tomatoes and ginger to the wok. Fry till they soften.
- Add coriander. Saute.
- Cool and grind the onions and chillies first, followed by the tomatoes, ginger and coriander leaves.
- Season with mustard and urad dal.
- Add salt and sugar to taste.
