Ingredients:

• 6 – big Tomatoes
• 6 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – udad dal
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• salt – to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Hing

Method:

  1. Clean the tomatoes and chop into small pieces.
  2. Take a pan with a thick base, heat some oil, add mustard, udad dal, chana dal, and hing powder.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder and salt.
  4. Let it boil till it thickens and leaves the sides of the container.
