Ingredients:
• 12 pieces – baby Corn
• 1 – Carrot
• 50 gms – Cabbage
• 50 gms – long beans
• 25 gms – button Mushrooms
• 7 – fresh Red Chillies
• 5 Cloves – Garlic
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Slice all the vegetables into thin, long pieces.
- Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
- Peel the garlic and, along with the red chillies, pound it into a paste.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add the grounded chilli- garlic paste and fry till the raw smell arises.
- Add the vegetables and fry till it is cooked.
- If necessary, add some water.
- Add soya sauce and salt to taste.
- Serve it hot with steamed Thai fragrant rice.
