Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – cauliflower, cleaned, flowerets chopped, boiled in salted water
• 4 cups – yoghurt, beaten
• 2 green chillies, minced
• 1 cup – bread croutons (fried bread pieces)
• 1 cup – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1/2 cup – raisins, soaked in water, drained
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in the yoghurt and chill.
  2. Just before serving, add croutons and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
