Ingredients:
• 1/2 – Cauliflower
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 2 – Cloves
• 1/2 bunch -coriander
• 2 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1.25 cups – basmati Rice
Method:
- Fry cloves, jeera, green chillies in oil.
- Add cauliflower and fry till it turns brown.
- Add salt and tomato ketchup. Then add coriander leaves.
- Cook basmati rice separately and mix the rice with the cauliflower.
