Ingredients:

• Fresh Pineapple – 2 cup (diced).
• Sweetened Coconut Milk – 1 cup.
• Sugar – 1.5 tbsp.
• Salt – 1/2 tsp.
• Crushed ice – 1 cup.
• Water – 2 cup.
• Ice-cream pops tray with sticks.

Method:

  1. For iceream pops:
  2. Take a food processor, add all the ingredients except water.
  3. Grind it to thick mixture.
  4. Check the sugar, then pour it in the pop moulds and freeze it for 6 hours.
  5. For drink:
  6. In a food processor, add all the ingredients and water, and grind it to smooth pulp.
  7. If it is too thick, add a little more water.
  8. Check the sugar.
  9. Serve it chilled.
