Ingredients:
• 2 – eggs.
• 3 tbsp – pineapple, finely shredded.
• 4 tbsp – maida.
• A pinch of salt.
• 2 tsp – sugar.
• Milk.
• oil to deep fry.
• Powdered Sugar to coat.
Method:
- Beat the eggs.
- Mix maida, salt and sugar.
- Add just enough milk to make a batter, slightly thicker than pakoda batter.
- Add pineapple and mix.
- Heat oil for deep frying.
- Add a few spoons of batter in oil and fry on medium heat till golden brown.
- Drain well.
- Toss in powdered sugar and serve hot.
