Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – Jaggery
• 1 tbsp – grated Coconut
• Little Cardamom
• Oil – 250g
Method:
- Mix both flours well. Grind jaggery, coconut and cardamom well.
- Take the grinded mixture and mix with the flours, which was already mixed in the first step.
- The dough should not be liquid or thick.
- The mixed items should be poured on a tava similar to dosa and shallow fried with oil till both sides are done.
