Ingredients:
• 2 cups – besan ( gram flour)
• 2 cups – Coconut (grated )
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1 cup – Ghee
• 2.5 cups – Sugar
Method:
- Add all the ingredients together in a thick bottom vessel. Mix nicely with hand or spoon for 2-3 minutes.
- Cook over medium heat, while stirring every 2 minutes.
- When it thickness, lower the flame and allow to thicken further before taking it off the stove.
- Pour this thick batter on to a plate greased with ghee.
- In 5 minutes, the batter will harden and you can cut into whatever shape you like (either diamond or square).
