Ingredients:

• 4 to 5 – bread crumbs
• 2 – carrots, grated
• 1 – beetroot, grated
• 1 – big onion, finely chopped
• Finely chopped Garlic
• Finely chopped Green chillies
• 2 – boiled and mashed Potatoes of medium size
• Salt, Garam Masala and some Rice flour
• 1/2 cup – coriander
• 1/2 cup – Mint leaves
• Oil

Method:

  1. Mix all the grated and chopped vegetables in a bowl along with the bread crumbs.
  2. Remove the edges of the bread slices and break them into small pieces before mixing.
  3. Now add mashed potato, coriander and mint leaves.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and garam masala to this mixture, mix well.
  5. Add some rice flour to this mixture if you want the balls to be crisp.
  6. Now mix well and make small balls from this mixture.
  7. Deep fry.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with tomato sauce.
