Ingredients:
• 4 to 5 – bread crumbs
• 2 – carrots, grated
• 1 – beetroot, grated
• 1 – big onion, finely chopped
• Finely chopped Garlic
• Finely chopped Green chillies
• 2 – boiled and mashed Potatoes of medium size
• Salt, Garam Masala and some Rice flour
• 1/2 cup – coriander
• 1/2 cup – Mint leaves
• Oil
Method:
- Mix all the grated and chopped vegetables in a bowl along with the bread crumbs.
- Remove the edges of the bread slices and break them into small pieces before mixing.
- Now add mashed potato, coriander and mint leaves.
- Add a pinch of salt and garam masala to this mixture, mix well.
- Add some rice flour to this mixture if you want the balls to be crisp.
- Now mix well and make small balls from this mixture.
- Deep fry.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with tomato sauce.
