Ingredients:

• 250 gms – Flour
• 125 gms – Sugar
• 1/4 litre – Milk
• 1 – small packet of vanilla sugar 
• 3 – eggs
• 50 ml – Oil
• Half a packet baking powder
• A pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Put flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl.
  2. Make a hollow into the centre of the ingredients, and put the milk, egg and oil into it.
  3. Stir all ingredients thoroughly until the batter is smooth.
  4. Preheat the donut making appliance for 5 mins. Fill in one level tbsp of batter per donut mould and close appliance.
  5. Baking time: 30 mins. Or until the desired degree of brownness has been achieved.
  6. Take finished donuts from the mould and use up remaining batter in the same way.
