Ingredients:

• Boneless fish pieces – 1/2 kg
• Lime juice – 2 tbsp
• Salt and pepper – to taste
• Curd – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 4-6
• Ginger – 2 cm
• Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
• Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
• Cumin – 1 tsp
• Oil – to brush
• Lime juice, Garam Masala powder – to garnish

Method:

  1. Marinate the fish pieces in lime juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. In the meanwhile, grind the green chillies, ginger, coriander, mint leaves and cumin seeds.
  4. Mix this with curd and add the mixture to the fish pieces.
  5. Now let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Then, take the pieces and thread them on the skewers.
  7. Brush with oil.
  8. Place on a rack and grill till done
  9. Sprinkle some lime juice and garam masala
  10. Serve hot.
