Ingredients:
• Boneless fish pieces – 1/2 kg
• Lime juice – 2 tbsp
• Salt and pepper – to taste
• Curd – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 4-6
• Ginger – 2 cm
• Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
• Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
• Cumin – 1 tsp
• Oil – to brush
• Lime juice, Garam Masala powder – to garnish
Method:
- Marinate the fish pieces in lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- In the meanwhile, grind the green chillies, ginger, coriander, mint leaves and cumin seeds.
- Mix this with curd and add the mixture to the fish pieces.
- Now let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Then, take the pieces and thread them on the skewers.
- Brush with oil.
- Place on a rack and grill till done
- Sprinkle some lime juice and garam masala
- Serve hot.
