Ingredients:

• 8 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 120 g – fresh Ginger root (finely chopped)
• 1/2 cup – golden Raisins
• 1 Clove – Garlic (minced)
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind all the above ingredients and add lemon juice in the end.
  2. Refrigerate and serve with biryani.
