Ingredients:

• For the balls:
• Non fat dry Milk – 2 cups
• All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
• Heavy whipping Cream – according to the need to make the dough.
• Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil for frying.
• For the syrup:
• white Sugar – 2 cups
• Water – 1 cup

Method:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients. Make the dough with heavy whipping cream.
  2. Make medium size balls and deep fry them in oil.
  3. Boil the water and sugar till little thick.
  4. Soak the balls in the syrup.
  5. Gulab jamuns are ready.
