Ingredients:
• 1 cup – rava
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – Ghee
• 3 – elaichi
• 1/4 tsp – Orange colour
Method:
- Take a pan, add about 4 tsp of ghee.
- Then add rava to it and fry the rava until it starts to get brown.
- Add 3 cups of water to it.
- Add sugar to it along with the remaining ghee.
- Mix well.
- Add some elaichi and orange colour to it.
- Keep mixing it until the kesari become thick and water in it completely evaporates.
- Serve it when cool.
