• 30 – limes
• Juice of another 30 limes
• 4 tbsp – chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Turmeric
- Cut the lime in four, fill with salt and keep in the sun for 4-5 days till soft.
- Then make a paste of the chilli powder and turmeric powder by adding the lime juice.
- Fill into the lime.
- Pour the rest of the juice into the jar with the lime.
- Keep in the sun for another week till pickled.
