Ingredients:

• 30 – limes
• Juice of another 30 limes
• 4 tbsp – chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Turmeric
• salt

Method:

  1. Cut the lime in four, fill with salt and keep in the sun for 4-5 days till soft.
  2. Then make a paste of the chilli powder and turmeric powder by adding the lime juice.
  3. Fill into the lime.
  4. Pour the rest of the juice into the jar with the lime.
  5. Keep in the sun for another week till pickled.
