Ingredients:

• One big Raw Mango
• Chilli powder (as per taste)
• Jeera – 1 tbsp
• Salt (as per taste)
• Jaggery powdered – 2 tsp
• Coconut grated 1/4 cup
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Mustard Seeds 1/4 tbsp
• Asafoetida – a pinch
• Curry leaves – 1 stick (or four to five leaves)
• Split horse bean – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Peel the green covering of the raw mango. Cut it into big pieces.
  2. Add half the jeera, salt, jaggery, chilli powder and grated coconut in a mixie jar. Grind till smooth.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai. Add the remaining ingredients and fry them.
  4. Pour the chutney off the jar into a bowl and add the oil and fried ingredients to it.
