Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup – Tur dal
• 1/4 cup – Moong dal
• 1/4 cup -Groundnuts (soaked overnight)
• 10 pods – Garlic
• 2 tsp – Ginger, chopped
• 6-8 – Red Chilli
• Salt to taste
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tsp – Mustard
• 1 – Tomato
• Coriander leaves – a few, chopped
• 2 tsp – Oil

Method:

  1. Keep soaked the groundnuts aside.
  2. Soak the other dals for an hour before the cooking time.
  3. Now pressure cook all the dals and the groundnuts.
  4. Chop the onion and the tomato.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, splutter the mustard seeds and the red chillies.
  6. Add onion, tomato, salt and garlic and the cooked dals to it.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
