Ingredients:

• 1/2 – Apple
• 1/2 – Pomegranate
• 20- Cashew nut
• 50 gms- Cabbage
• 50 gms- Cucumber
• 50 gms- Beetroot
• 50 gms- Carrot
• 50 gms- Onion
• 100 gms- Tomato
• 10 to 15- Raisins
• 5- Dates

Method:

  1. First, chop all the vegetables and fruits. Mix vegetables seperately and fruits seperately.
  2. Before serving, mix the vegetables and fruits.
  3. Garnish with cashewnut, raisins and dates.
