Ingredients:

• 1 cup – moong dal soaked overnight
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 200 ml – whole Milk
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/4 tsp – Nutmeg powder
• 1/4 tsp – Saffron
• Some cashew, almond, Pista

Method:

  1. Grind dal into fine paste without adding too much water.
  2. Heat ghee in a kathai.
  3. Add dal paste into it.
  4. Fry well till all water has dried up and dal turns light pink in colour.
  5. Add milk and sugar to it. Keep stirring frequently.
  6. Then add the remaining ingredients and let cool.
