Ingredients:
• 1 tin – sliced button Mushrooms
• 1 – medium onion, chopped finely
• 1 medium tomato, chopped
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt, pepper and Sugar to taste
• 1 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 – Green chilli
• Capsicum – 1
• Oil
Method:
- Heat oil, add chopped green chillies and fry onions till golden brown.
- Add the capsicum and tomatoes and fry till dry.
- Add salt, sugar, pepper and chilli powder and fry till raw smell goes.
- Add enough water with the mushrooms and boil till soft and cooked.
- Add corn flour to a little water and add with soya sauce to this mixture.
- Heat and serve.
