Ingredients:

• 2 to 3 cups – Mushroom
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 – Turnip
• 2 tbsp – Rice
• 3 to 4 cups – water
• Ginger
• Garlic
• salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Add roughly chopped mushrooms, tomato, turnip, ginger and garlic along with water in the pressure cooker. Cook for 10 to 15 mins on a low medium flame. Strain the contents of the cooked vegetables in a pan and bring to boil.
  2. You can also add a few pieces of the cooked mushrooms.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve hot.
