Ingredients:
• 1 cup – moong dal.
• 2 cups – sugar.
• 1 cup – ghee.
• 1 pinch – elaichi powder.
• Cashew pieces: few.
Method:
- Fry moong dal in kadai without oil till golden brown.
- Powder till fine in mixie.
- Fry cashew pieces with little ghee till golden brown.
- Powder sugar and mix everything in a bowl along with elaichi.
- Pour ghee little by little and make small balls out of it.
