Ingredients:

• 100 g – pasta.
• 1/2 cup – curd.
• 1/2 cup – mayonnaise.
• Sugar to taste.
• salt to taste.
• white pepper to taste.

Method:

  1. Boil the pasta, beat the curd and mayonnaise in separate bowls and mix together.
  2. Sprinkle sugar, salt and pepper to the curd-mayonnaise paste.
  3. Mix the pasta to the curd-mayonnaise paste and refrigerate.
  4. Ready to serve once chilled.
