Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Wheat flour.
• 1 cup – Maida (all purpose flour).
• 1 cup – shelled peas, pureed.
• 2 tbsp – oil.
• Salt to taste.
• 1 tsp – garam masala.
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic-green chilli paste.
• 1/4 cup – Milk (used for kneading all the above).

Method:

  1. Knead all the above ingredients with the milk.
  2. If needed a small amount of water can be used.
  3. Keep it for 1/2 an hour.
  4. Then make small balls out of the dough.
  5. Roll out each ball and cook on a non-stick pan.
