Ingredients:
• 1 packet Peas.
• 2 Potatoes.
• 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds.
• 1 tbsp oil.
• Pinch of Asafoetida (hing).
• Salt, Red Chilli powder and garam masala.
Method:
- Tender peas and grind them in mixer for sometime. Boil and chop potatoes and keep them aside.
- Add oil in a pan. When hot, add mustard seeds. Wait till it splutters and then add a pinch of hing. Add boiled potatoes in it.
- Fry potatoes and add garam masala, red chilli and salt.
- Mix grounded peas to it. Let it cook for a while.
- Serve with plain rice.
