Ingredients:

• 250 g – grated fresh pine apple.
• 50 g – grated fresh coconut.
• 100 g – sugar.
• 50 g – mawa.
• 1 tbsp – crushed Almonds Kaju pista.
• 2 to 3 drops – yellow colour.
• 2 to 3 drops – Pineapple essence.
• 1 tbsp – ghee.

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in the kadai. Add in the grated pineapple, sugar and coconut.
  2. Keep on stirring, till the ghee leaves its sides. Then, add mawa and mix well.
  3. Let the mixture cool and then add colour and essence.
  4. Decorate with crushed pieces of dry fruits.
