Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Poha ( Beaten Rice ).
• 1 – potato.
• 1 – onion.
• 4 – green chillies.
• 2 tbsp – coriander.
• 1 tsp – cumin seed.
• Salt to taste.
• oil – for deep frying.
Method:
- Wash the poha, drain and leave it aside.
- Boil the potato and mash it.
- Add the mashed potato, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, salt and cumin seeds to the poha.
- Mix all the ingredients and make balls out of the mix and flatten.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry them till golden brown.
