Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Poha ( Beaten Rice ).
• 1 – potato.
• 1 – onion.
• 4 – green chillies.
• 2 tbsp – coriander.
• 1 tsp – cumin seed.
• Salt to taste.
• oil – for deep frying.

Method:

  1. Wash the poha, drain and leave it aside.
  2. Boil the potato and mash it.
  3. Add the mashed potato, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, salt and cumin seeds to the poha.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and make balls out of the mix and flatten.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry them till golden brown.
