Ingredients:
• 1 cup rice.
• 1/2 tsp pepper powder.
• 1/4 cup yellow dal.
• 1 tsp jeera.
• 2 tbsp ghee.
• 1 glass of milk.
• 10-12 khaju.
Method:
- Saute pepper, jeera, and yellow dal in ghee. | Then add rice and yellow dal in the ratio of 80:20.
- Let it fry for few seconds and then add water and cook it in a pressure cooker.
- After it is cooked remove and add 1 cup of milk with salt and water to help it loosen.
- Add ghee and khaju for better taste.
